📦 What’s Included (from us)

You receive digital files with precise layouts for all gears and frame layers, ready for laser cutting.

🧰 What You Need

Materials

  • Sheet material for cutting (wood, acrylic, etc., 3–4 mm recommended)
  • Wood glue or craft adhesive

Tools

  • Laser cutter (or access to one)
  • Shelf supports (or screws with nuts) to connect the gears
  • Sandpaper (320–600 grit) for finishing edges
  • Clean workspace and rags

💡 Tip: Always test-fit before gluing, and double-check the alignment of layers for best gear movement.

📝 Before You Start

  • Laser cut all gears and the two main layers using the provided files.
  • Carefully remove and lightly sand each part as needed to remove burn marks or charred edges.
  • Sort and organize all pieces on a flat, clean surface.

🧩 Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Glue the layers together: Apply glue evenly to one layer, align both main layers perfectly, and press together. Let dry completely.
  2. Mount the gears: Place each gear in its designated spot as shown in your guide or video. Test that they spin freely but do not fall out.
  3. Turn and enjoy! Rotate the gears gently—watch the motion across your puzzle.

🛡️ Safety & Care

  • Use glue in a well-ventilated area and read all safety info.
  • Allow glue to cure fully before operating the puzzle.
  • Keep small parts away from young children.
  • Store your finished puzzle on a flat surface to avoid warping.
